Джон Дэвид Барроу (род. 29 ноября 1952, Лондон) — английский физик-теоретик, профессор математических наук в Кембриджском университете, писатель. Является членом Королевского общества.

Биография

• Родился 29 ноября 1952 года в Лондоне.
• В 1977 году получил докторскую степень в Оксфорде.
• В 1999 году стал профессором математики и теоретической физики в Кембриджском университете. В том же году он получил медаль Кельвина из Королевского философского общества.
• В 2006 году получил Темплтоновскую премию.
